Membership Terms, Conditions, and Policies

Membership Benefits

Each membership plan includes:

• Special discounts on facial and body treatments.

• Priority access to appointments based on availability.

• Exclusive promotions for members only.

• Cumulative benefits depending on the chosen plan.

• Option for recurring and automatic payments.

Specific benefits may vary by plan and will be detailed at the time of purchase.

Minimum Commitment

By purchasing a membership, the client agrees to maintain an active membership for a minimum period of 6 months.

During this time, the membership cannot be canceled, nor can refunds be requested for payments already processed.

Payments and Renewals

Payments may be made in a single installment or through automatic monthly payments. If the client chooses recurring payments, they authorize Beauty by MaryV to automatically charge the agreed amount to the registered card. In case of non-payment, the membership may be temporarily suspended until the account is up to date. Automatic renewals will occur at the end of the term unless the client notifies cancellation at least 15 days in advance after the minimum commitment period has been completed.

Cancellation and Refunds

Once the 6-month minimum is completed, the client may cancel the membership by following the established policy and providing at least 15 days’ notice. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. If the client does not use the benefits during the active period, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions. Beauty by MaryV reserves the right to cancel a membership due to misuse, fraud, or non-compliance with these policies.

Bookings and Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system!

We recommend booking at least one week in advance to ensure availability.

Cancellation Policy:

• If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment, the session will be considered used.

• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be rescheduled depending on availability, and a $30 USD cancellation fee will apply.

Temporary Membership Freeze

The client may request to pause their membership for medical reasons, travel, or other force majeure situations for up to 30 days, subject to prior authorization. During the pause, no charges will be made, and benefits cannot be used.

Personal and Non-Transferable Use

Memberships are strictly personal and cannot be shared or transferred to another person. Beauty by MaryV may request identification at the time of service.

Health and Safety Policies

Some treatments require a prior evaluation and completion of an informed consent form. The client must inform us of any medical condition, allergy, or ongoing medical treatment before the service. Beauty by MaryV reserves the right to deny a treatment if it is considered unsafe for the client.

Modifications to the Terms

Beauty by MaryV reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated through our website and social media platforms.
